Nakagawa's Cozy House

这次来大阪考大学院，遇到了非常善良而且中文说的特别好的房东，十分好评，感谢房东无微不至的照顾

The room was cozy and had traditional decoration. Every amenity was easy to use.

The owner should learn more about privacy. He enters your room and relocates your stuff without even asking you. On the checkout date, he entered the room without waiting for my permission and tried to pick up the bed while I was preparing. (We weren't late; it was 9:30.) The sleeping mattress is too thin; you are almost sleeping on the wooden ground. Also, please note that check-in at 21.30 is really strict. We wanted to enter the house at 23.30, but he told us that he wouldn't accept us after 21.30. Because of that, we've lost around 1 hour to check in and return to touristic places. Edit after 3 weeks: I am changing my review from 5/10 to 1/10 because I needed to get an invoice for my stay, and the owner didn't respond to 10+ messages from both me and Booking.com. If you need to reach the owner somehow after your trip is over, it is impossible. I tried to reach him at different times and in different ways, and it wasn't even possible to get any answer while he was responding to new bookings.

Clean, cozy comfortable

We stayed at Nakagawa's Cozy House for 1 month during the cherry blossom season. Many guests have thanked him for his kindness, I do not need to repeat that here. However, I want to mention two things to reflect how helpful he is as a host. First, I tried to send a chair overseas but was rejected and it was to be returned. Mr Nakagawa helped me handle the situation. Second, on the day of departure, we had so many pieces of luggage. Mr. Nakagaw took 2 big pieces and walked to the train station with us. You cannot find too many hosts like this.
