The location of the hotel at the top of Ascensor La Reina and on the pedestrian alley brings you to the heart of restaurants, galleries, street art and beautiful views. Very nice breakfast in a bright dining area.

Noise carries easily from the lobby and other guests as the hotel is old. It definitely needs repair in terms of holes in the walls, peeling paint, lack of personality in the rooms.

Très belle situation malgré le flot de touristes dans la rue. Pddm sympa.

Quand on arrive en voiture le quartier du bas peut faire peur. Le parking sécurisé est à 10 mn à pied.

Location and the view is probably the best in the neighbourhood and has a lot of character. Breakfast was also really nice

The shower didn't keep the temperature, no fridge in the room, hardly room for suitcases, They ripped apart our bill that we requested to get the taxes back because we paid for the room with pesos. We still need to get the confirmation that we get the difference back.

Estaba en el pasaje Dimalow

Desastrosa recepción. Llegas y te dan un garaje a 600 de distancia con escalinatas y ninguna colaboración. O sea que pasadas las 21 Hs no podes moverte del lugar por seguridad. Una no che en la calle y nos rompieron el vidrio y robaron las cosas de playa y cargadores que quedan en el auto. Hay complicidades evidentes.

The location was exactly what we were hoping for! Walkable to all tourist-y stuff: you're in the tourist area with all sites nearby. The staff and amenities in this building are wonderful. And, the building is historic and a tourist site in itself. The best part of this accommodation was probably the basement bar. it's just a super cool space and we enjoyed our evenings here trying some pretty yummy drinks. All the staff were very sweet; good breakfast served, water in the room was nice. We felt very safe as there is staff there all the time and the door and gate is locked after hours. As mentioned, this is a historic building so it is old...if looking for a modern 5 star hotel, this is not the place for you.

Wish we had a kettle and fridge in the room. Or hot water / coffee in the dining area after hours.

Needed to give us advice we could have payed without vat, being foreign visitors. At breakfast, which was beautifully and carefully made, we were given a jam full of addictives and UPFs. Didn't fit with concept.
