Location is good and nearby many restaurants and malls Staff are friendly but lack english speaking

Not clean and found some Cockroach in rooms Sunday is noisy because the wedding hall is next to the hotel since early morning Shower hot water tabs need to change. Water is either very hot or cold

The location is super, close to everywhere. The staff are friendly ,they even let us check in earlier without extra charge. Check in/out is super easy. The room is big and bed is very comfortable.

Semut banyak masuk ke kamar tapi hanya dimalam hari saja.

The location is near the city center. You just need to walk about 500-900m.

The hot water didn't work. At night i need it because the weather is so cold and i need to shower. In the morning the staff informed me to shower in the room next door which is empty and it's not comfortable for me.

Air kecil keluarnya, air hangatnya lama keluar apa lagi kalau mau mandi pagi

This hotel has the average standard of 3 stars hotel. It is clean, the room is large, clean, toilet is international standard, the staff were helpful, just my favorite so far
