Amazing Sea Views Luxury Guest House

Everything was fine but the advertised wi-fi, when you connected to it said you were connected to the wi-fi but there was no internet. But other than that had no problems. Thanks.

The only thing about the place we enjoyed, was the view on the balcony.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in the bungalow (bedroom downstairs with mini kitchen and bathroom) absolutely filthy. It hasn't been cleaned in months, I work in the business so I know what I'm looking at. Bugs, spiders and scorpions on the floors. Dust and PUBIC hair all around the toilet floor. Splatters on the mirror, no roilet roll holder, no towel rail, only get 2 towels and they didnt even match, no face washers and random bottles in the shower. No hair dryer. Shower leaks and has mold, not cleaned! Kitchen OMG food splatters and greasy finger marks on every cupboard. No tea towel to dry anything up. Odd crockery. Oven disgusting, cook top hard spills ontop. Hair and crumbs INSIDE the draws. Dust all over the window sils, thick cobwebs hanging inside. No tissues, extra toilet rolls, no complementary milk, or chocolates/cookies like it said. There was only 1 chair in the room, like what!? The bed head is so thick of dust it's gross. The sheets also had marks on them you'd think they'd toss them out and get a different set, or iron the pillow cases! Also, the heat pump is BROKEN you turn it on and it closes back up and flashes (indicating error) all of this was mentioned with A LOT of photos, no apology, no offer to fix anything, was ignored for hours, refund mentioned but has since NOT REPLIED! Cigarette butts in pot plats, a condom wrapper and other rubbish in the gardens that arent maintained. The driveway is STEEP do not drive up it you will regret your decision. I do not recommend, there wasn't even a tv in any of the rooms not even upstairs in the shared areas. Oh yes if you didn't read the information properly, this is a SHARED GUEST HOUSE. So other people will be staying in the rooms upstairs if booked. And shock horror - all towels and bedding are stored in the garage, tossed on the floor!!!! Sheets hanging up to cover the view of that didn't work it's just disappointing and disgraceful.

Steep driveway.thats too steep to walk on when carrying luggage. Nice scenery comes with a price Otherwise perfect.

The view is beyond amazing. The unit is well equipped and bed very comfortable.

There is a steep driveway with steps to enter. Anyone old or weak knees may struggle. Windows need a good clean which is noticeable due to the view being so amazing. The entry door could do with a blind as the outside hallway light makes the unit quite bright at night.

Location

Lack of info e.g. the fact you had to leave your car on the street; lack of facilities (no television, no air-conditioning in the room). No warning about steps - we are an older couple Very noisy people in another room at 3am

DID HAVE BREAKFAST. NOTHING THERE REALLY TO USE, FRIDGE HAD NOTHING IN IT TO EVEN MAKE A DRINK

Exactly as described. Very chill, well layed out, good amenities, I like this place. It's quiet, great views, good hosts, great location.

It's all good.

There was no extra blankets, no milk for a coffee, no parking nearby

The cleanliness was not up to hygiene standards. Shower had mould and normal share shampoo and shower cleanse. No individual samples. There wasn’t any hand towel for bathroom . Towels were thin and scratchy. The bedside tables were dirty and the left bedside table was stained. Both bedside tables were covered in velour. Very unstable. Coffee making facility was a joke- we had one disposable cup to share and random coffee / tea / sugar. Bed was comfortable enough, but was worried everything had not been changed. Leading up to the unit - steps were steep and there was no light. So could not see where to step. Had to use my phone light to see. Trip hazard in the night. Stepped in a huge puddle because , I could not see . Instructions to get in, a little add-hock, finally found the pad and got in. The first email sent by the host was quite aggressive and it felt threatening. As a guest , I am always mindful of sharing anyway.
