The property is in a residential colony; feels quite safe. Caretakers were kind and friendly. The apartment has marble flooring so it feels cool even when the temperature outside is warm.

Electricity risk: we wanted to watch TV but its main switch on the ground floor had the wire detached and openly exposed. No one cared to repair it inspite of having a look on the first day. Water: Hot water supply was too low and was annoying while bathing Fan: Old squeaky one that keeps you from sleeping Room door: No idea for other rooms but ours had a glass door and we could hear the chat of caretakers every evening. Basically, you feel people’s presence.

Near a metro station Gate number 3., this was the only plus point on this property. However,the roads leading to this metro station is filled with potholes, therby water is logged. My wife's dress was splashed with the these dirty waters by a speeding car. Horrible experience just outside this property. Spoit our mood of a holiday.

The poorly kept flooded roads to the apartment. The area was smelly with rubbish and muddy waters. Infact one car even splashed the muddy water on my wife's clothes. Horrible experience.One auto fellow cheated us. We paid INR 150 to the Main market shops on the first day from our apartment. It was just a 5 minutes walk back after our dinner.. Next morning, we had no water. We had to go to the airport without shower and brush teeth. Very bad experience. The owner,Mr.Sumir has since apologised, but the damage has been done. Will never stay in this property anymore.
