The Reading three bedroom apartment with gardens, suitable for contractors

Location was handy for our nearby event attendance

There was insufficient kitchenware and the electrical wiring was a worry. Turning the water on in the upstairs shower dimmer the bathroom lighting. The gardens weren't as inviting as pictured and we had to hunt down a table and chairs

Location and bedrooms were great. Nice and quiet.

Outside area needs more attention, weeds etc. No outside table on patio and chairs dirty. Toilet seat on one loo did not fit properly. Much too small.

Lovely quiet location. All bedrooms had own en-suite. Ample parking. Owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They were also flexible when we had to amend our arrival time.

Living room was fine for 4 of us but could have felt small for 6 ( 2 of our party couldn’t join us at last minute).

It was self catering. There were three different families so we had a room each it was a bit cramped at times and the step down into the small lounge worried me. If we’d wanted to watch tv as a group we couldn’t have done.

The kitchen was very narrow and the settees were very low

Only pros were that the host was very friendly and allowed early access to the property

Dirty / cheap decor/ unsanitary/ worst aviation I have ever stayed in my 66 years . One toilet roll/ one drop of washing liquid/ no coffee / no milk Filthy carpets/ inadequate cooking facilities. 2 of our adult children wouldn’t stay once they saw the accommodation Towels were like sandpaper/ smelly lumpy pillows/ cheap bedding/ uncomfortable cheap mattresses Disgusting mouldy anti slip mat in the showers ( heaven knows what germs are lurking there )

The location was ideal. Three bedrooms with bathroom en suite was useful.

The cleanliness was very poor. The cooking appliances, fridge and freezer were very grubby. As it was arranged as three double bedrooms there was insufficient space in the lounge for six people. The dining table accommodated only four people. Although there was a TV in each bedroom there wasn’t one in the lounge making it potentially very antisocial. One of the dining chairs was broken. And we had no hot water the morning of check out.

Zehra and Sakeb were such kind hosts, it was the perfect place for us to stay overnight for a nearby wedding.
