There’s nothing we can say about this property that is positive. It was a big disappointment.

The apartment was on the top floor. If you have a suitcase, it will be struggling get it upstairs to the fourth level. The outside terrace roof deck is not private. They’re having parties and is very loud throughout all the night. At the harbor, they were working 24 seven with the grinder and welding machines. Be careful with this description of the property. There is no bedroom. You will be sleeping on the couch. The neighbors are very loud the mother screaming all day and the owner decide to step into the apartment anytime you want there’s no privacy and no respect.

Perfetto! Un soggiorno caratteristico. Bellissimo il terrazzo e anche i dintorni. Il parcheggio si trova a bordo strada. Grazie.

Die Schlüssel steckten in der Tür uns war nicht klar ob wir an der richtigen Tür waren, weil es nicht ersichtlich war. Der Eingang über die Terrasse sah für uns im ersten Moment so aus als ob wir in einer anderen Privatwohnung gelandet sind, da Müllsäcke vo der Tür standen.

Beim betreten der Wohnung entstand sofort ein Gefühl der Unbehaglickkeit. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und nicht auf neuem Stand. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben uns nach 5 Minuten entschieden wegzugehen, weil wir uns unsere Urlaubstage nicht durch eine schäbige Absteige vermiesen lassen wollten. Meine Partnerin war angeekelt und hatte schon beim betreten des Treppenhauses Ängste sie würde in einem schlechten Mafiafilm mitspielen müssen. Schade aber so war es eben!

Naktsmītnes īpašnieks ir ļoti laipns, uzņēma mūs, kā savus draugus. Dzīvoklis atrodas jumta stāvā ar terasi, blakus dzīvoklī dzīvo pats saimnieks, līdz ar to komunicējām katru dienu. Iesaku gan naktsmītni, gan iepazīties ar Antonello.
