Very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable space. Easy to park. The family was very very friendly! We arrived after the checking hours, they waited for us in order to give us the key and show us the space. Great location for visiting Gorizia or just for an overnight stay.

We were met by our host and after initial misunderstanding by me on check in time, we came back a bit later and he came especially to let us in. He was lovely and chatty in his best English and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfy. Aircon has been fitted which was amazing with the temperature being in the 30s. Gas stove top and fridge with enough plates etc for a whole family and all the cousins! Big courtyard so we could clean our bikes and prepare our luggage before travel. The sofa is so comfy, we had the best snooze of our whole trip!

The shower space is quite small but not a problem unless you are really tall or fat! There is no microwave, though we didn't see may of these in Italy or Slovenia, so maybe they just aren't common?

Everything was more than perfect. Cozy apartment and super kind staff. I'll definitely repeat.

Nice place. But it was quite cold during the night (outside temperature was +3deg C), despite the fact that AC been running all night on heating (+30), unfortunately temperature in the room didn’t rise more than +12dec C… with small child it’s quite complicated.

1. Parking was not available inside the yard due to some “technical” issues with water pipings underneath,in fact 3 regular vehicles were parked in the parking yard but somehow our SUV became “too heavy car for inner parking space”… we have to drop the vehicle outside on the road. But in description of property parking is mentioned! At least host should inform visitors in advance about such things, or have to change description… 2. Air temperature was not completely suitable for staying with small kid - way too cold (+12deg C max with running heating and AC)

A little bit remote, most of the time quiet unless there is a train passing on the railway line nearby. Fortunately not so often. The rooms are rustic but cozy and very clean. The bed is so comfy. The best I had in days. Firm mattress and proper pillows. The shower is equipped with all kinds of gadgets. The owner lives in the same property.

It's very remote and the furniture is a bit old but functional.

Nice location, nice host, nice sleeping, quiet. It is away from busy areas but short to everything.

check in from 18:00, nice to come early and enjoy the place. Bit oldies but someways also cool and cosy. Take cash with you, it takes time to fix that later😅

It's the second time we stay here. It is perfect for 1-2 nights stay when you need to split a long distance trip. The hosts are most welcoming.

The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The place is very quiet and home-y. That combined with the kind-hearted hostess really helped me feel at home on the stay while I was traveling through the area.
