Acacia Luxurious Apartment

I like the location , staf

It is not the showing on the pictures. Plus I booked for 2 person plus bed .but they did not provide. They put me in small room

The place was good

But the staff is very horrible.. after charging 200$ for 4days stay and collecting the dollars, they came back 2days to tell me the exchange rate has changed so she should send the $ out to change her self. But she refused

Nice one-bedroom apartment in a great location. Helpful staff on reception. The hot water in the shower wasn't working in the first apartment but the receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a different apartment with a working shower. Also really useful to have a washing machine and place to hang out laundry.

Had to wait a few hours to have a shower as the hot water wasn't working - but this was sorted.

The staff was kind and polite throughout the time. Joy and Carol and other receptionists were always helpful. Our stay at Acacia was pleasant.
