I wanted to write a devastating review because they refused to give us a 2 night refund when we had to check out after 1 night. But I've decided not to, but still people need to know this place might not be suitable for you. The tents are amazing, you'll feel like a true adventurer. And the manager onsite is a fantastic guy, good at heart.

- You are approximately 70 meter from the waterfall, the noise is something to be aware of. Comparable with 3 airconditioning with heavy rain at the same time. 24/7. My wife has Tinnitus, so we couldn't survive that for 3 nights. (I slept with headphones on). Plus cutting chainsaws during day time to make the sound experience complete. - If you're not in a good physical condition, this place is not manageable. 100 deep steps to your tent and 100 up to go to the pool or kantine. You don't want to do that more then twice a day. - You are secluded, nothing in the neighbourhood, you depend on kantine food. This can be great or not, depends on what you like. - Swimming pool looks moldy and kantine furniture is uncomfortable hard. Only 4 sunbeds at the pool. With nothing else around you that can be a problem if you planned a relaxt pool day.

The food and the facilities!

This is a beautiful resort in the jungle. Only four total tents so would never be crowded. We had a bonfire with corn and marshmallows and the waterfall swim area is quite beautiful and refreshing. The pool is serene, the views are magnificent! The food is great and many vegan options.

Many stairs up from the tents to the entrance, pool and restaurant. If you are not in shape you will be after your holiday.

Unique experience staying in a quite luxury tent with all amenities in middle of nowhere with private waterfall across the yard. Pool was good and very enjoyable, wifi most of time worked well, breakfast was goodish and staff was doing their best to support pleasant stay. Tents are clean and overall very well kept.

I'm not sure if I would enjoy to stay there for a whole week since options and services are limited. We would like to have at least massage options as this would have fit nicely in being in middle of jungles. But probably it depends on what you are looking for - if it's nature and disconnection from busy days in city or to rest in between visiting all the possible temples and tourism spots then for sure this is 10 out of 10. While tents are really clean and nicely maintained, common areas while clean, could have more attention to detail and maintenance. Really nothing negative of place it self - all is ok there, especially if you are looking for superb scenery and lush vegetation around you while being in tent, luxury, but still tent. It's more to double think what experience you are looking and booking, especially if you travel with kids as we found it quite challenging to keep kids safe from all the free fall places accross the common and pool space, and fitness supporting steep stairs that goes all the way down to tents and then the climb up to pool and common & eating area.

It has a wonderful nature and calmness. The employees are very good and caring. I thank everyone.

Only transportation is a bit difficult, I think we have to take this into consideration for such a nature and tranquility.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The staff are very good. Food was lovely plus you have your own waterfall right outside the door amazing.
