White Lotus Hue Hotel

Good location and friendly staff.

The room was very small. It was a little hard to manage two suitcases.

What a beautiful and stunning boutique hotel in the Imperial City where we enjoyed its stylish facilities. The hotel was perfectly located with a view of the Perfume river and the colorful Truong Tien bridge and a stone's throw from the Citadel. We were welcomed kindly at the front desk before entering our "family room" which was spacious enough for me and my 2 adult sons. The delicious breakfast had so much variety and we didn't plan on using the pool but ended up treating ourselves to a cool splash away from the Hue heat. We also enjoyed listening to jazz on the top floor Sky Bar. Thank you for an awesome stay. We hope to return.

Struttura moderna e di alto livello. Suite famigliare molto grande con due bagni e due camere. Piscina bellissima e ideale per stemperare il caldo di Hue. Ottima colazione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Everything was great here from the moment we walked through the doors. Service was excellent. Lovely rooms, bed & food! Very good walkable location too.

The only issue for us was not enough beds with an option of shade around the pool.

Great location with professional, helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool and gym and a good breakfast. Rooms are really well equipped but a bit small.

There was a lack of power points in my room meaning that, even though there was a kettle to make tea and coffee, I had to put the kettle in either on a bedside table or in the bathroom to use it.

The room was small. Opening two suitcases wasn't an option. Also, the bathroom has like half of the glass from the middle up that is visible from the outside

La suite à deux chambres avec salon au 12 ieme étage offre une belle vue bien que les vitres sont pleine de mousses vertes à l’extérieur.

Pas eu d’aide pour nos bagages à l’arrivée alors que l’hôtel est accessible pas un escalier et une rampe assez abrupte. Il se pourrait qu’il manque du personnel! Pas de ventilateur ou air co dans les halls, ascenseurs et le restaurant est étouffant. Il fait 35 degré à l’extérieur. Hotel conférencier alors il y a beaucoup de monde au rdc et peut être bruyant si la chambre n’est pas en hauteur. Hotel impersonnel.
