"Wonderful short stay in Hue"

Wonderful hotel in great location. Wonderful room with view of the river and close to the local sights. Staff were all friendly and so helpful would highly recommend this hotel

"Great little hotel."

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, air condition was just right. Breakfast was good, not a large selection but decent enough. Overall, White Lotus is good and is a great stay.

Buenísimo hotel. Era nuestra luna de miel y nos dieron un obsequio y la habitación con vistas. Son muy amables. El desayuno espectacular tienes de todo. La piscina con vistas es genial.

"Disappointed"

Well placed , clean , good views to river

Staff , worst in the whole of 2 weeks travelling across Vietnam . Everywhere else staff were amazing Not helpful , dismissive , rude .

"Lovely stay for our honeymoon"

We had a very nice stay here during our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful touch to be welcomed with a cake and special room decoration to celebrate the occasion. The pool was also perfect after long hot days exploring Hue. We had a great experience and felt very well received.

The room itself was a bit small.

"Experience in Hue"

We were upgraded to the family suite and the view was amazing. The buffet breakfast spread was very wide and yummy.

There were limited dining options near the hotel. It would be helpful to provide a simple map highlighting nearby places to eat.
