"價錢和位置都不錯，附近就有公車站。整體舊舊的，設施都不是很乾淨，感覺不是很用心清潔。共有兩個房間，有一個房間沒有冷氣，睡覺的時候就必須要把門開著。另外，有廚房，但是沒有廚具，鍋子刀子砧板都需要借，每天$1000日幣，這點會蠻扣分的。"

福岡空港からタクシーで10分程！ ホテルから博多駅、中洲屋台街がタクシーで10分位でアクセス出来る♪ マンションの一室を借りてるのでマンション生活を疑似体験出来る♪ お手頃価格で宿泊出来た♪ 管理人さんが親切丁寧な対応

私は気にならなかったが、すぐ隣に路線があるので神経質な人は電車音が気になるかも！ 小物置きに埃が溜まっていた。

空間超大同時攤開三個行李箱不是問題，有洗衣機還貼心附洗衣精洗完浴室就可以烘乾，環境整潔安靜！是去福岡住宿不錯的選擇
