Todo excepcional, la ubicación, muy cerca del centro y de las diferentes ubicaciones turísticas de Mérida, el personal que en todo momento está dispuesto a solucionar cualquier cosa, la limpieza y la comodidad de las camas, incluso el sofá lo era
