La amplitud de los espacios, su singularidad en la decoración y la ubicación. El baño muy espacioso y cómodo

La decoración de las zonas comunes (patio central), el funcionamiento del ascensor que sólo permitía subir de dos en dos. Quizás eché de menos algo más de equipamiento, por ejemplo una cafetera italiana, un mínimo de productos de limpieza y una nevera más amplia.
