โรงแรมอยู่ติดถนนสุขุมวิทที่รถวิ่งเยอะมาก แต่พอเข้าไปในตัวโรงแรมกลับเงียบไม่วุ่นวายเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนและต้นไม้เยอะมากทำให้บรรยายกาศดีขึ้นไปอีก พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน พูดจาดีอัทธศัยดี มีคำแนะนำที่ดีและเข้าใจง่าย

อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกน้อยไป ควรมีหลากหลายตัวเลือกให้มากว่านี้ และรสชาติของอาหารธรรมดามากกก บางเมนูคือทานไม่หมดไปต่อไม่ได้

The staff, the room, the free shuttle to the global event I was attending and the buggies to the individual blocks.

The location was not central to Pattaya or to the beach or entertainment. Secondly, the public areas like the reception and restaurants were far too cold to be comfortable. We always had dinner in the corridor outside the restaurant because of this. English was not widely spoken, so I had to go through the reception to get room service to understand what I wanted.

Staff were great

Very nice food at Ginger restaurant. Comfortable rooms . Nice pool Friendly lobby staff, golf cart drivers

Breakfast often overcrowded with long queues for coffee machines. Not a convenient location. Taxi drivers often did not know where to find the hotel entrance. Very poor quality towels in bedrooms. Worn and tatty. Hot water temperature kept changing. Shower would change from cold to boiling in an instant. NO SOAP provided in bathroom. What sort of hotel has a policy of not providing soap. Had to use small bottles of shower gel.
