Great location, nice room, daily housekeeping, the hotelis very nicely decorated and kept. Excellent value.

Only negative would be the window to my room was right to sidewalk so I could hear people standing outside my window talking.

This a well appointed hotel that is comfortable and affordable. The strawberry juice at breakfast is lovely.

What a weird place. The front door is permanently locked and reception have to buzz you in. When I arrived, the place was totally dark, the only sound being from the prodigiously leaking roof. There were a series of dirty towels and buckets on the floor to catch the water. There are no signs for reception, but after some time I found it in the basement. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time I was checking in, although that was for the best as she had to ask for help in processing a debit card on the card reader. In the morning, I found the small breakfast buffet laid out next to the buckets for the dripping roof. On the first morning, I was offered some scrambled eggs; the next morning, there were no staff, so no eggs. It really feels like it's a nice hotel, but all the staff have had to go away at short notice so they've got their weird cousin to cover. The location is mostly comprised of once beautiful, now very run down buildings. It is covered in graffiti and absolutely awash with stinking piss. Also, I cut my hand twice on the toilet roll holder in the room - it's sharp!

The room was adequate for the one night stay that we needed before a cruise and was easy to get to from the airport. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The lady at the front desk suggested a local seafood restaurant (Ocean Pacific) that was awesome!

I overlooked the fact that there was no elevator, but the staff helped take our luggage to the room (up one flight of stairs).
