Holiday home Iva with pool

Our stay at this vacation home near Zadar was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, with tasteful decor and all the modern amenities you could wish for. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the large, pristine pool. We spent countless hours relaxing by the water, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The pool was impeccably maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The location of the property is another major plus. It's just a short 30-minute drive from Zadar, making it easy to explore the city and its surrounding attractions. We also loved how close we were to the beaches—just a quick 15-minute drive, and we were at some of the most beautiful, crystal-clear waters we've ever seen. Whether you prefer a quiet spot to unwind or a lively beach with activities, there was something for everyone. But what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality of Iva and the Župan family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to offer tips and recommendations. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome, and it was clear that they take great pride in their property and in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. In summary, this vacation home exceeded all our expectations. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the beauty of Croatia, this is the perfect spot. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was perfect!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa! We travelled as a group of 7 people – 4 adults and 3 kids aged 4 to 16. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness and modern design of the villa! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was spotless and had all the amenities we could possibly need, and even more! The outside area was a highlight for us, featuring a big pool, a playground for the kids, and a BBQ area. Talking about location, villa is remote enough to provide a peaceful and relaxing getaway without any disturbances, yet conveniently close to the supermarket and town center, just a 10-15 minute drive away. The kids were busy all the time, discovering the huge outside area, playing on the playground, trampoline, and sandbox, swimming in the pool, and exploring the garden. The area is so well planned that while the adults were relaxing outside, we could still see them. There were also plenty of bikes at the villa, and we enjoyed some bike trips. From the 7 days we spent at the villa, there were days we didn't even go anywhere because it was so nice and comfortable to stay there! :) The pool was very clean and well-maintained, and we ended up spending more time there than at the beach because it was so comfortable and enjoyable. The house was perfectly sized for our group, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. I definitely recommend this place as it is one of the best we have ever stayed in.
