房間只有暖氣，沒有冷氣，空氣不流通，雖然可以打開露台門令空氣流通，但開了露台門樓下噪音導致無法好好入睡，酒店表示要大概兩星期後才會開始有冷氣！兩人入住，只能提供一張房咭，住了四晚，前台表示只能享用一次整理房間服務，而且需要提早通知！洗手盆去水慢，玄關燈從未亮起過，應該是壞了？還有露台門的蚊網有破損，如果是夏天絕對不能打開！

침대가 너무 불편해요. 매트리스의 용수철을 온 몸으로 느낄 수 있어요. 방음이 잘 안되어 복도에 오가는 사람들의 소리를 다 들을 수 있어요.

お掃除６日中２回だけ。毎日が当たり前。バスタオル…今日はない!と言われた。あり得ない！金庫が急に音が鳴り出し、撤去してバスルームへ。外へ出すよう指示するも　ご迷惑お掛けしたとの言葉もない。フロントの数名は、全く笑顔なし!お掃除の方々は礼儀正しく笑顔たっぷりでした。
