Lokasi dekat dgn Kemudahan lain di Kota Bharu. Mudah nk pergi ke pantai, mall dan lain2

Bila malam agak bising bunyi motorsikal sebab berhampiran dgn jalan utama. Memang tak dapat nk elakkan.

Bilik sy stay 102 ok,tiada bunyi bising2 jalan raya,tetapi bilik yg adik dan mak ayah sy stay mmg bising sgt,ssah nk tdur sbb bunyi bising jln raya
