Self catering in our case.The location is very close to Weymouth seafront and the shopping areas with nearby food buying outlets close to the accommodation.There is a nice view of Weymouth Marina from the lounge and kitchen windows.The gated and secure car parking facility was most welcome as the only alternative would have been a nearby and costly public car park.The apartment itself is spacious with a comfortable large lounge and large size TV.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and more than ample crockery and cutlery.Two nice bathrooms,both with more than adequate elbow room.A very quiet apartment block when we were there and the lift was a boon to an infirm family member.

The apartment block is on the corner of two well used roads.It is a bus route but traffic noise is only what most people are accustomed to nowadays.It quietens down in the evening to the odd passing car and bus.There were some occasional raised voices from passing revellers on the Saturday evening but nothing detrimental to the apartment.It would be fair to say no worse than can be heard in any holiday location at a weekend.

The flat was lovely and clean. The location was amazing. It was very comfortable.

The noise from the road, without double glazing, was very loud, and sometimes you felt like you were sleeping on the road. The toilet seats are far too small for the toilets and the 2nd bathroom shower curtain was not fixed and kept falling down. Getting hold of the managing agents was a nightmare because they never answered the phone.

Couldn’t turn the TV off! Had to turn it off at the wall plug!

Great location, spacious, every pot & pan you could possibly need. All though the tea & desert spoons need replenishing as there is only two of each.

It’s on busy corner so it can be quite noisy. The windows are quite hard to pull up to open. I think the microwave needs replacing as there is rust inside, which, I’m not sure is safe.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It overlooks the marina and is only a 5 minute walk to the sea front. There was a Londis just around the corner for milk, bread, and other essentials. It also conveniently sold sandwiches, sausage rolls, etc. for a packed lunch.

The apartment is on a main road and was quite noisy. Not a problem if you are out most of the day but at night it was an issue if you are a light sleeper. It did ease up by midnight but started up again around 7am.

Clean and spacious. Internet brilliant.

TV only had 5 channels, couldn't connect to Internet so couldn't get signal for other channels 1 tea towel. Tv was the biggest issue really.

The actual apartment was great. Very roomy and well set out. We loved it!

The location however was a bit grim being on a very busy noisy road (Commercial Rd) and next to Westham Rd which had a number of take aways down it plus a Wetherspoons at the other end of it, again making it noisy with certain people late into the night.
