La struttura è buia. La porta d'ingresso, abbastanza datata, si è bloccata alle 23 impedendoci di chiudere l'appartamento per ben 3 ORE. Abbiamo telefonato sia alla struttura che al proprietario per ricevere aiuto: NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Abbiamo scritto anche su WhatsApp: NESSUNA RISPOSTA NEANCHE LÌ. Dopo ore e sforzi siamo riuscite a risolvere da sole. Ci aspettavamo quantomeno un messaggio o una chiamata stamattina da parte della struttura per sapere come fosse finita: NESSUN MESSAGGIO E NESSUNA CHIAMATA. Assolutamente assenza di sapone doccia o shampoo ad eccezione di due mini saponette per le mani. Le persiane della finestra di fronte al letto non si potevano chiudere in quanto bloccate dalla zanzariera, abbiamo dormito con la luce che entrava da fuori.
