Nice outlook great supply of firewood making house very easy to heat

Over all house a bit tired otherwise all fine

Couches are great. House was warm. Quiet neighbourhood, great views. Washer was good (no dryer)

Mattresses were soft (we prefer firm). House could do with a deep clean, although the basic cleaning was done.

Location is very handy and close to town, for a small house plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed, good entertainment with board games, sky tv, streaming services and wifi. peaceful location nice views

Not sure if this a pet friendly location but the house stunk of Tom cat pee inside and out, the kitchen hob at max heat cannot boil water and makes it almost impossible to cook anything on it for a family.

Very warm, comfortable home. Well managed by Hanmer Holidays Homes. Good location close to mini golf, animal park and walking tracks,

The home owners hadn’t paid the Skye bill so there was no Skye tv as advertised. Hanmer Holiday Homes were very helpful in trying to fix this, but not good enough of the home owners, especially when the price is fairy high.

Great location, house was spotless, fire was fantastic!

There were four females staying at the property, it would have been a bonus to have a mirror in each bedroom. Still loved our stay irrelevant, and would hire again!

Mountain Views and very quiet

Location was great. Good number of bedrooms. The support people that at sent the handyman were excellent as to was the handyman.

We had issues with lock box. There were 2 there couldn't get either open. Had to phone for someone to come to open. He to had issues. Then couldn't get door open luckily handi man was still at end if drive so had to come back and he again had trouble unlocking door. We then struggled with lock for rest of stay.
