Staff was very helpful, the room is so nice and the view is fantastic

Everything from the beginning was excellent. Assistance with transport, carrying of our luggage, cleanliness of room and the Positioning of closeness to restaurants, shopping and supermarket is perfect. You do get a leg workout climbing the stairs but all well worth it.

Nothing really room was a little small. Nowhere to open suitcases except the bed.

We stayed in the superior suite and it was even more beautiful than we thought! The room itself was lovely, opening the door onto stunning views of the caldera. Our balcony with loungers/jacuzzi was up a few steps where our breakfast was served every morning. There are a few steps to climb up and down to get onto the Main Street from the hotel but all worth it for the view! A special mention to Adi who met us from our transfer that he organised for us, carried our heavy luggage up and down the stairs and gave a few recommendations for our stay. Hopefully one day we will be back! We loved it.

The location is perfect with an incredible view! The room was very clean and well organized, and the hosts really took care of us and were always available for anything we needed.

We loved everything! Just keep in mind that the room is relatively small (it was more than enough for us) and there are a few stairs to get to it (which was totally fine for us as well).

Great location central location. Amazing staff. Short walk to the main bus station in Fira. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars day and night. I highly recommend this place
