The AC's coldness is about right and it has a good view of the city since we're on the 35th flr.

The hot/cold shower not working. We were told upon check in that there will be parking reserved for us but when we got there, there was someone else who used our reserved parking and we had to look for other places to park our car. But they did let us use the reserved parking in the morning before we checked out and before we got charged again to where we parked the car during the night. Still they could have just told us that there was no available parking than giving us false hope.

FACILITIES ARENT FUNCTIONAL

Location wise it is good, and the staff accommodated me even if I checked in late at night.

My scheduled stqt was a overbooked transaction. Which left me to use a temporary unit.

Curtains are broken. TV does not have signals. There's cockroach everywhere. Shower is to high and its angle is not right. The room does not have a towel and toiletries in the 1st place. You'll have to ask them. It should be there prior to the check in of the client.
