The facilities, and our apartment. It's not that clean I can smell something that's really bad. The kitchen utensils are not enough and clean. There's no towel, and toiletries. So disappointing since it's our first time trying staycation in the city. We're not going back there, never again.

I love the location it's one trycicle away from 3 malls and Grocery store is just beside the condo. Since we're on 35th floor we can easily check how the traffic looks like and we can just adjust our plans accordingly.

I feel it's important to share two recent experiences. Most importantly, there is a major safety hazard with one of the elevators. It is faulty and shuts down unexpectedly mid-ride. I was in it when it happened, and it was terrifying. For a building of this type, having an unreliable elevator is an accident waiting to happen. I also had a negative encounter with a staff member. My son, who is autistic, was enjoying the sound of echoes in the hallway. Even after I explained his condition, the staff member was cold and insensitive, demanding he stop. While I understand rules about noise, a little compassion goes a long way. The lack of understanding was very disappointing.

Provide extra floormats

The location is good. The space and the water is good.

The sheets have smell. It feels unclean plus the blinds were already worn out that's why we can't adjust them.
