top modernes apparment in neuem gebauede, das sich aber sehr harmonisch in die altstadt einfügt. ermöglicht durch pkw stellplatz im haus (aufpreis) anreise per pkw, bei sehr zentraler lage. die alhambra ist schnell zu fuss erreichbar. wenn man den fruehesten slot (8:30) bucht, kann man den nasridenpalast quasi menschenleer und in tollem licht erleben (absolute empfehlung). der vermieter wohnt im haus, gibt tolle tipps zur stadterkundung und ist sehr hilfsbereit

The apartment was beautiful super clean and big . The owner looks liked a very nice person but the only downside was the parking to had access you depend on the owner because the elevator for the garage is fingerprint so with out him is impossible to get in we forgot some stuff in the car and a important medicine and we have to way long time for the owner to have access to the car .We complain about it then he said they had a remote control to open the garage door ( you need to go around the block to have access) but he never mentioned until the last day I feel should've have charged for it. If you have a car is gonna be challenging very challenging If not is a great place to stay

La única pega es que no se puede acceder al parking directamente y hay que dar la vuelta por la calle. El precio del parking me pareció un poco caro

Excellent host, excellent room, excellent location - basically perfect. Our second time here. We loved walking around the neighborhood with our children, relaxing / dining at local restaurants, and discovering parks, playgrounds, and heladerías along the way. And, of course, the swimming pool! Perfect way to cool off. Love it.

Tolles modernes Apartment, sehr zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und hochwertig, in 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig bei der Alhambra oder in der Stadt. Der nette Vermieter Hans hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Parken kann man in der Garage direkt am Haus. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Wohn-/Essbereich, es gab Kapseln für die Nespresso und ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war ein superschönes Apartment und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Man hat einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Es gab einen schönen Pool mit Liegebereich.
