Mountain Creek Lodge

We were not treated well by the host,from day one we experienced black out and there was no water to shower.In some instances we would use cold water to bathe. Sometimes our phones died because the plugs were not working.The owner would day its load reduction but when we checked the app it showed that there was no load reduction.We told the guy that works there that we are going to write a bad review about the place suddenly the electricity worked.

No changing of sheet, cleaning was not up to standard, the ladies were mopping the floor but not dusting the tables.There were spider webs I had to tell them to remove them.Foof in the fridge got rotten because there was no electricity every day.

The location is excellent and Charles was very helpful

The room didn't have Wi-Fi

Everything was amazing ...from the host ...landscape The coffee shop has amazing food I loved how I could come in and out my accommodation as I please

Towels were not in good condition,Plenty Frogs roaming around at night,bathroom does not have a door.

Room was cleaned and space is enough

Please can they change beds not comfortable mattresses

Location is a little far from town.

The location, it was relaxing and beautiful surroundings, very nice and big house to sleep, will defenitly take my family there next time.

I didn't eat their breakfast.... It's was a self catering... The place is peaceful and next to our amenities.
