This apartment provided space and comfort with great facilities and location. 711 across the road, 5mins walk to major food options. Fantastic public transport right outside the short street. We made use of the washing machine and enjoyed the local restaurants. The apartment was clean and our family enjoyed the downtime.

Unfortunately the massage chair wasn't working but staff did offer to come and check it over, we declined as it wasnt a necessity, I was just happy for it noted as inoperable upon arrival. Needs new or additional pillows as we found these uncomfortable. Outside apartment stairwell needs a good cleaning as cobwebs hung to stairs.

The location is very good, very convenient on a quiet street in a busy neighborhood close to Susukino Station and the tram. There is a 7-11 across the street and a good grocery store (Daiichi) on the B2 level in Susukino Station. The two showers work well even at the same time.

The size of the showers are bit small. There is currently construction next door, which you could sometimes hear during the day.

The property was clean, modern and fulfilled all our needs. In a great location just few minutes walk from the centre of Susukino with a huge selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment, and only a bit further to the tranquil Nakajima Park. The 7-11 convenience store across the road was very useful to have, too! The owners were very attentive to requests and issues that arose during our stay. The only downsides were that there was significant noise from building work going on next door during our stay, and the aircon, whilst effective, was noisy too.
