Royal Jj Ubud Resort and Spa Deluxe Room Pool View

L'hôtel et la chambre sont plutôt confortables, la literie est bonne, le café a disposition et le mini bar sont bienvenus. Mais il ne faut pas être en chambre en rez-de-chaussée... 6 nuits passées à soit entendre les occupants du dessus ou leur climatisation ! Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible. Le service de 'laundry' est très bien.

Le centre de massage de l'hôtel n'est pas conseillé... il est placé en bord de route, c'est très bruyant. J'ai aimé mon full body mais mon amie s'est fait remboursé le sien : la masseuse regardait son téléphone et ne massait que d'une main, honteux ! Les chambres et salles de bain ne sont pas propres (literie et serviettes le sont heureusement !)

We stayed for 2 nights in the lower room. In our bathroom I heard rustling and then squeaking. Turns out there was a rats nest above us in our bathroom so that immediately grossed me out. Informed staff the next day as we’d woken up to rat droppings on the floor. They didn’t seem particularly surprised and said they’d clean the room. We came back to rat droppings still on the floor. I had multiple communications with staff not so much onsite but online. They were particularly unhelpful and rude

Llena de bichos, arena en el suelo antes de entrar, suciedad y asqueroso todo, tampoco nos informaron que compartiríamos baño con un panal de abejas

Tranquil i agradable, el esmorzar força bo.

El suc per esmorzar cada dia és el mateix gust, podrien variar una mica. La illa de Bali en general està sobreturificada.

Not much at all, this property was nothing like what we were sold on the pictures!

The property was dirty, the bathrooms were awful, no hot water, things were falling apart, the breakfast was terrible, we had booked three villas and all three bathrooms had major issues! Our bathroom had mushrooms growing from the walls! Not a pleasant stay unfortunately, it was very disappointing! Booking.com you really have to vet your properties properly!
