The charm, quiet, security, staff,comfortable bed

Mirror in living area and the mirror in the bathroom is tarnished which made it harder to put in contacts. Lie chair was really short to get up and down out of. Would have liked a small table to write on

Super nice and cozy Italian breakfast, prepared by a wonderful lady. Perfect location.

Beds were good, room design quite efficient. Vanentina, who made breakfast was very welcoming and pleasant.

This is not a hotel. There is no staff was present upon arrival and you have to find a code for gate and different one for room. Room very small and bathroom very small. Courtyard that you needed to go through to access "hotel" had zero lighting at night and was a hazard when returning in the dark after dinner. Without a flashlight it would have been impossible.

Charming property in a great location. On a picturesque lane, with a quaint breakfast room, everything was just perfect. Easy to walk everywhere, just be ready for the hills and steps! I loved Assisi, very spiritual and peaceful. I hope to go back someday.

This B&B was beyond my expectations. Perfect central location. Beautiful, spacious, and charming rooms. Delicious breakfast with the wonderful Valentina serving. Responsive and gracious owner Daniela. Very reasonable price. And less than a minute away from the best gelato in town! Having visited Assisi in the past, I can’t imagine any better place to stay.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked 3 rooms for 1 night. The one advertised room for a family that is located on the ground floor (which may have once been a cellar) was very damp (walls were wet) & smelt of mould because of the dampness. We should have asked for another room as we didn’t enjoy our stay unfortunately.
