Room was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly, helpful and exceptionally accommodating. Asked for a late check out and was warmly accepted. Location was very close to numerous Shops, restaurants and cafes.

We booked the room online 30 min before our arrival but the hosts promptly accepted our request and welcomed us warmly despite such a short notice. Next day, we were keen to see the Mount Etna before heading to the airport but our taxi didn't arrive on time. The hosts promptly supported us by personally driving to the attraction, waiting at the premises while we finish the tour and taking straight to Catania airport. It was an incredible experience at the last day in Sicily! The hospitality was absolutely exceptional! And everyone knew our host at the Mount Etna so it made our journey to this attraction extremely smooth!
