House Octogon

The location is very good – central and close to train stations, yet on a quiet side street. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. The room was clean. The building looked okay to me from the ground floor and courtyard (adding this since there are so many old reviews online saying what a run-down building it was). The manager came by to say hi and also stayed in touch with me via Whatsapp and responded really quickly.

The room didn't look quite like the images. Instead of a sunny room with a large window, I got a dark-ish room on the ground floor next to a door to a fitness studio or something – I wasn't worried about people looking inside, there were curtains, but it was quite loud, especially at night, people were going in and out and talking, and the sound is very loud inside the courtyard. The wallpapers were peeling off in some places. In the bathroom, there was an untreated wall peeling off, probably from humidity. They don't have an elevator, but the ground floor is also not suitable for anything on wheels (1-2 stairs leading up to the apartment), and there are also no lockers (yet the staff was helpful and recommended me lockers via Whatsapp).

La camera molto ampia e confortevole. Ottima la posizione.

Unica pecca sono le numerose scale per arrivare alla camera, poco accessibile per chi ha delle difficoltà motorie.

Estava tudo perfeito! A comunicação foi boa.

Top Lage sehr zentral, sehr freundliches Personal

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber & es war leider sehr kalt in der Unterkunft, als wir das aber gemeldet haben, wurde sofort versucht das zu beheben, die Heizkörper wurden dann entlüftet & wir bekamen die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage um damit zusätzlich zu heizen, nur leider heizte die Klima nicht, aber die Heizkörper wurden etwas wärmer als davor, aber der Raum wurde sehr schwer auch nur annhähernd warm… Dazu kam dass es in der Unterkunft sehr nach Abfluss roch & wir diesen Geruch trotz mehrfachen Lüftens nicht los wurden. Für diesen Preis war die Unterkunft in Ordnung & das Personal sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend, aber da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben, vor allem sollte es im Winter schon wenigstens etwas warm sein. Ansonsten top Lage und alles sehr schnell erreichbar
