ZAZAThe building manager was friendly. The host gave clear instructions for check in and it was effortless.
Unfortunately the host neglected to mention that there is major construction underway directly in front of the apartment. Had we been informed, we could have the option to reconsider, but neglecting to inform us of such a major detail left a bad taste. Despite the view not being at all pleasing due to construction, water pumps/generators were running throughout the evening until check out, Sound and voices unfortunately travels quite a bit through the hostel like corridors of the building and one never seems quite private. The apartment is adequate, and I am sure once construction of the promenade has been completed it will be a good budget option for visitors.

ZAThe stay was exceptional! The views were amazing. The fresh ocean view was spectacular. The scenery was sublime. Literally a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. The decor was well-thought through and every little detail added to the atmosphere. I had requested an airfryer and it was there upon arrival! Which was great :). Fresh linen, and towels and so many comfortably blankets were fresh and readily available. The couches were really comfortable and perfect. It was neat and tidy. Cleaning essentials, and hand wash was at our disposal as well as high quality towels! Can’t forget the towels. Tea, coffees and sugar with rusks were also an additional treat. 11/10.
There was nothing not to like. Passing corridors, everyone was friendly.
NZStaff was great & helpful. Everything in the unit was VERY nice. Spacious, luxury & a view you'll pay for !
Only downside: Parking is far from car...be prepared to walk BUT, that's the least of your problems
