USlocation is good but will be better when the construction on the beach side completed.. noise does start in morning. if you have windows open u hear.. if u close it is ok but it does get hot so having windows open is needed.
ac but due to building only fans. we were ok but was good time of the yeara.
ZAIt sits on prime location, just across the beach. You wake up to the sounds of the wave hitting the shoreline.
ZAZAA beautiful, clean apartment with a stunning view. The wifi was strong, so I could work without issues. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and shower has good pressure. Secure parking and easy access to the beach. I would book again.

IEExcellent location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely sea views from the apartment. Ashley and JJ were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A great base for trips to Stellenbosch and Hermanus.
