Guests highly rate the excellent central location, walking distance to town and seafront and frequently praise the lovely cottage with outside space and spacious rooms.
GBInstructions were email to us and it was very clear and easy to find and use the keysafe. Loved the location of the property and the closed garden for our dog, The beds were comforable
The kitchen was very small with no space to keep food as we ate in most of the time. Although there is nothing that can be done able this but the early morning Sainsburys delivery at the rear of the property was very lound.

Heating system unable to turn on or off, remotely controlled
GBit was very clean , spacious and comfortable. Had all utensils in the kitchen . Shower nice & powerful. Comfortable bed .
The sofa could do with replacing as a bit worn , leather cushions a bit squashed . I also think that checking in could be earlier ( 2 o’clock ) and checking out later ( 12 o’clock ) , I do appreciate it has to be cleaned but could be done quicker .

nothing I didn’t like, hot tub would be great for summer but everything was great. lovely and clean with good heating, games and facilities

Slightly difficult stairs for anyone with mobility problems
GBLocation is great and very convenient for car parking, supermarkets and the beach etc .
Looked better in the photos as it felt a little uncared for i.e could have done with a lick of paint as some walls were marked and signs of past damp . Blinds were broken . .Facilties were basic . It was also cold as the heating went off early .
GBGBGreat location- great cottage Stayed a while ago too - great to see the stairs to loft room are now full stairs - what a change !! Fab decking in garden but too wet for us to use ...will be awesome in hotter months .
Minor issue with front door
GBThe cottage was exactly as the photos depicted, the bed was comfortable and the location was ideal. we did manage to get parking outside on the street for most of our stay which was definitely a bonus.
We found the property a little cold and the resting temperature of the thermostat was too low. A couple of pointers… a proper grill pan and rack would be ideal as would blinds in the kitchen. I was surprised at the mismatched towels one of which was stained. The bathroom blind was broken and the bath tap fell off twice although was easily reattached.

steep garden would be unsuitable for young children but no bother for us bit of morning noise from Sainsbury deliveries
