Dark and dirty room with the smell of cigarettes. It was a surprise that the WC and shower were separated from the room by the hall. I didn't see it was mentioned anywhere. "Garden view" is 1 meter to the neighbour building in fact. I was very tired after a long road but I felt disgust to take a shower there and to cook on that kitchen. The staff forced me to leave at 11 though hadn't mentioned it before. It wasn't mentioned on the booking too.

It was already late, and with friends and family either out of town or in the middle of renovations, I had nowhere to go. In a quick moment of clarity, I found Hotel Apartments Bella Mare, just around the corner from my neighborhood. I reached out to the owner, and to my surprise and relief, they replied immediately and welcomed me to come over right away. Not only was the communication prompt and kind, but the hospitality was truly above and beyond, they offered me an apartment even larger than the one I had originally booked. The space was beautiful, clean, and cozy, exactly what I needed after a long and exhausting day. I felt safe, cared for, and genuinely grateful for the warmth and responsiveness of the lovely owners. I wholeheartedly recommend Bella Mare to anyone in need of a place to stay, whether you're a local in a pinch or a traveler seeking comfort and kindness. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience of true hospitality. 💛
