Large space. Quiet.

Fitted sheet would not stay on bed....had to fight with it. Bed not comfortable. Water in bathroom took almost five mins to get hot. Staff didn't seem to want to be bothered.

"Good location needs updated"

A nice place that was central to everything. We went to Sedona, Old Cottonwood and Jerome. All were within 25 minutes. Sedona is too busy, but has all of the hiking. Cottonwood had walmart for essentials and Jerome is just a cool little town. The room was nice but a touch outdated. The furnishings could use an update and the electronics we far outdated. Tvs weren't smart(had DVD players) and radio that didn't connect to Bluetooth. Unit had a full kitchen with all necessities for cooking.

What a gem in the Cottonwood area. Very impressive and great value for the dollar. I will never stay at any other place. AWESOME.... it's the best!!
