The king size bed was extremely comfortable, although sheets did not fit the bed and the pillowcase was all greyed on one. Everything clearly explained regarding access during construction and codes to get into apartment. Great large shower, close walking distance to town and Christmas markets. Great restaurant Capuciner close by - bistro-pizza and spaghetti close by. Future travellers note there is building works going on out front and back of building but access is explained, noise did not bother us, but a lot of buildings in and around town are under renovation and guessing this is because of the 2020 earthquake and the buildings being so old, but good to see being restored.

Small kitchenette, lack of prep space, bit awkward to use kettle need to move espresso machine (careful when using large cups provided with espresso machine, they will tip over as too large and the tea cups are too small) as no power point where kettle and tea set up, microwave in wardrobe and nowhere to set up, used floor close to a powerpoint.,fridge and heated towel rail took at least 24 hours to heat up. No safe deposit box as stated on bookings website. Personally I believe the huge light shade took away the charm of the room.

The communication with the host was excellent via WhatsApp. Excellent directions to the premises location with photographs and easy access to keys via lock box outside the premises. We have had the benefit of staying in many beautiful premises around the world but rarely have we stayed in an apartment built to the quality of these. Every aspect of the apartment from the design, the decor, the furniture and furnishings was absolutely first class. No expense has been spared in ensuring the apartments are of the highest quality. The premises is in a fantastic location, literally 200 metres to the City Centre and walking distance to the many beautiful sites in Zagreb. We will visit Zagreb again in the future and will look no further than booking the Bumblebee Luxury Apartments.

TV instructions in English would have been helpful but did not in anyway distract from a fantastic experience.

Location is center to everything, from food options to sites. Bedroom design is modern, bed and sheets are comfortable. Im particular with bathroom showers, this one hits the highest standard, strong water, no leaks outside the shower area while showering. Only this Apartment and Japans Hotel hits the mark of bath showers. Overall, 10/10stars!

Its not a hotel. It doesn’t have a front desk assistance when needed. If you communicate via email, they reply at 9AM Croatia time. After office hours, your email communication gets replied next morning at 9AM. Entrance from main road looks unsafe, due to construction, no elevator.
