Good location, good breakfast and restaurant. Staff need to pay more attention to detail. Unable to open the curtains to let in natural light due to the closeness of the building next to the property that could look straight through the windows.

Excellent Customer Service. Nicely located.

It’s was great

Property seemed to be clean and well kept but I was not able to stay because I was told that while they had my reservation, there were no rooms available and that someone was supposed to communicate that to me but I never received any communication. While they did try to find a room at their sister location, that too was fully occupied. I was pretty much given an apology and a taxi to any other hotel once I find one. Luckily we just came from a different hotel and they were able to accommodate us for another night, otherwise I don't believe that I would have been able to find a place to stay as this was a very busy week due to an Oil & Gas convention and the week leading up to Carnival. Wouldn't recommend based on the poor business practices and lack of communication for travelers coming from around the globe.

Friendly & professional staff

My stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying by myself at the hotel I felt safe. My room was very clean and spacious. If I ever had to go back to Guyana I will book my stay there again.

Desk staff could have been more welcoming. I don't know if staff was aware but the outlet which had the mini fridge and coffee maker plugged into it was not working so of course the appliances had no power. The positioning of the ac unit was poor in that the air from the unit blows directly onto the bed which could be a bit of a discomfort. There was also a lack of warm/hot water to bathe with. Additionally, the bathroom consumables were barely adequate.
