There was always an attendant at the front desk available. Water station on each floor and the view of the top floor was amazing. Clean and the AC worked amazing to battle the location humid heat

WiFi dropped a lot..not sure if there was a second WiFi source, because that WiFi would not have worked for me if I had been working during my stay. I thought our room had a pool as seen in a bunch of the pictures, but I could have missed read. Double check room booking if you are expecting access to a pool The water was off for about an hour during your check out day. It's not uncommon for water to be absent during certain days in Mexico for a bit so didn't question it. When I went to the front desk to ask when the water would be returning they looked confused. My hypothesis is that they turned off the water to our suite by mistake, but once I brought it to their attention the water was back within 10 minutes.

Me gustó la atención que recibí durante mi estancia, siempre fueron muy amables, además me sentí como estar en casa ya que el departamento estaba equipado con muchos electrodomésticos. Gracias por todo

El tamaño de la habitación y que la cama era cómoda.

La T.V. no tenía canales, la limpieza falló un poco.

Me encantó el lugar

Todo estaba super limpio, las camas eran comodas y tenian espacio de almacenamiento, ademas que estaba muy bien ubicado y la vista de la terraza era genial

Me sacaron comida mia de la heladera compartida, podria haber un mejor control sobre ello

El espacio muy cómodo es tranquilo
