I like the online system that they used,no need for interaction wth a lot of people.having ur own parking, having ur own gate key.

I don't like the thing of paying deposit especially bcz they took time to return it,I don't like single bed,I don't like also the fact that u have to clean the room on yr own.

The assistance from the staff was excellent, everyone went above and beyond, the BP staff too. All friendly and helpful. The accommodation was top notch and made my son's stay very comfortable and he felt at home. The view and location was a brilliant added bonus and made the stay memorable. Thanks for everything the team has done.
