Having to get the keys from a real estate office. Maybe there should be a coded lockbox on site?

A lovely, spacious apartment that was nicely styled and well equipped. The view from the living area, balcony, and main bedroom was stunning! The pools were also beautiful and well-maintained. It was only a quick walk downhill to Woolworths, the main street, Airlie beach, and Port Airlie. The walk back was not far, but up a steep hill, however taxis were cheap and easy to find when we didn't have the energy to walk back up the hill. If an Airport Shuttle is required, organise through Accom Whitsunday because they give the driver the key and you can return the key to the driver on departure, otherwise the key collection/return is from their office in Cannonvale which is not within walking distance of the apartment.

We had an issue with the bath leaking, but Accom organised a tradesperson to investigate.

Spectacular views. Good shower pressure.

Some of the furniture was broken. Broken hairdryer. Towels with holes and threadbare. Cushions and throws on the beds were dusty as were bedside tables. So much dust on the ceiling fans you could not use them. Lack of cleanliness. Smell outside apartment from garbage shute.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful balcony.

Apartment has the wow factor! The view was amazing and the pools were great. Very spacious and close to town.
