La Busa Apartments - Garda Chill Out

Wir waren im Labusa 2 , die Wohnung ist super. Neu alles pikobello sauber mit großer Terrasse . Es gibt einen Code für die Tiefgarage , diese ist kühl und geräumig. Schlüssel findet man unkompliziert und gut beschildert in einer Schlüsselbox auch mit Code. Parkplatz ist der Wohnung zu geordnet. Sogar einen extra abschließbaren Kellerraum den man sich mit einem anderen Apartment teilt gibt es. Mit Stromanschluss zum Ebike Laden , Super Mega Toll . Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es gemütliche 20min bis zur Promenade . Der Radweg dahin ist sicher und entspannt . Liebe Grüße an den freundlichen Papa von Stefania er spricht etwas Deutsch und wir haben uns gefreut ihn kennen zu Lernen.

Ein Sonnenschirm morgens ( La Busa 2 ) wäre schön gewesen, oder eine Markise ! Hatten dann aber einfach den Tisch draußen zum Frühstücken Richtung Nachbar Haus gestellt, da war es schön Schattig.

Es war alles da, es war geräumig, sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, um mit dem Bus nach Riva reinzufahren! Die Begrüßung durch Stefania war herzlich und wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find pasta and spaghetti sauce waiting for us. After a long journey, it was such a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. It was clear that the host truly cares about her guests and wants them to feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very well equipped. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Another great advantage is the location: the beautiful waterfalls are just a five-minute walk away, and Riva del Garda can be reached in about 10 minutes by public bus, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. There is also a grocery store nearby, as well as a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent carpaccio and other local specialties. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is within easy walking distance. Stefania was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Sehr schöner Ausblick über den Gardasee. Fahrräder konnten im Keller abgestellt und geladen werden. Sehr große geräumige, ruhig gelegene Wohnung, welche sehr sauber ist. Liebevolle Begrüßung. Tipps für Unternehmungen von der Vermieterin!

Einfache Ausstattung. Kochen mit Gas für uns ungewohnt.

Spokojne miejsce z pięknym widokiem, wygodne mieszkanie, podziemny garaż, bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, która przekazała nam niezliczoną ilość rekomendacji.

The hosts are incredibly attentive and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
