Ottima posizione vicino al centro. Interni molto curati e arredamento di ottimo gusto. Letti comodi e cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Nel complesso l'appartamento si presentava pulito.

Presenza di piccioni morti da giorni nell'androne e sul pianerottolo delle scale. Pavimento esterno coperto da escrementi di piccione che costringevano a fare lo "slalom" per non calpestarli. Soppalco: scala a pioli scomoda per salire e scendere. Soffitto eccessivamente basso. Ventola bagno non temporizzata. rimane sempre accesa e può essere spenta solo agendo manualmente sul quadro elettrico. La coperta del divano rilascia polvere sui vestiti; necessita di essere aspirata o lavata.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e vicino al centro storico

Letto su un soppalco, con scale di accesso molto ripide e tetto basso. Facile sbattere la testa.
