1. They are having cockroach party's. 2. They give me free traing to become their housekeeping staff by giving me pesticides and mothballs to use on cockroaches.

The hotel was full of cockroach, i ask to refund and was rejected,they offfer me two different room,both more cockroach, aftwr that tgey gave me pesticides to spray and mothball..WTH, i pay them to be housekeeping staff. I spend my stay there without rest to catch cockroaches

location is centre, easy to get public transport

hotel should state either the room has windows or not. I booked deluxe room but didnt have windows which under my expectation. However, we have received option to change another room have windows for the 2nd night since room fully occupied for 1st night

None. Bad experience for my stay.

Room 302 is not clean (got cockroaches & bed bugs). Toiletries supplies are not sufficient (only one small shower lotion & shampoo + one soap bar).
