Lovely clean, well equipped rooms , small hob, kettle,and coffee machine, hairdryer, everything you could need for your stay . Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and lovely hot shower. Is so well situated , across the road from the ferry and street full of restaurants and bars.

There isn’t anything to not like.

Tolles, neues Apartment. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes Bett. Toller Kontakt zum Gastgeber, der das Restaurant im gleichen Haus betreibt. Mit der Fähre ist man schnell drüben in Lissabon. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf die markante Brücke des 25. April.

Es sind viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die Leute sitzen bis spät abends und es ist etwas laut. Gegenüber steht eine Kirche, die bis 22 Uhr halbstündlich läutet. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen.

Le logement est très fonctionnel, agréable et calme la plupart du temps (excepté le samedi soir). Il se situe au dessus du restaurant de Daniel, dans une rue piétonne commerçante avec restaurants et supermarché à proximité. Une église se situe en face et les cloches sonnent régulièrement (mais pas la nuit !). Cela ne nous a pas dérangé et fait parti du charme de l’emplacement. L’immeuble est à seulement quelques mètres du ferry. Il y a des traversées très régulièrement vers Lisbonne, toutes les 15 min environ. Cela permet d’être à Lisbonne en peu de temps tout en séjournant à l’extérieur de la ville.

Le lit est un peu petit. Le ménage mériterait un peu plus d’attention.

Appartement très pratique car près de la liaison fluviale pour Lisbonne. Parking peu onéreux tout près. L’ accueil de Daniel fut très chaleureux.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it, especially for a family with young kids. The owner was extremely friendly and clearly enjoys being a host,always available, responsive, and happy to help with anything we needed. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, right above a commercial street with plenty of restaurants. While it’s busy, we always felt safe. In many ways, it felt like how Lisbon used to be before becoming so crowded. It feels more authentic and great value for money. The local restaurants in the area were excellent and more affordable than those in Lisbon. One of the highlights for our family was how easy and enjoyable it was to take the ferry, just a minute walk from the property. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it became part of the adventure. The apartment itself is comfortable, bright, and offers nice views over the port. It has all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. While a few items like cutlery or some facilities could use a minor update, nothing significant enough to affect our overall experience. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a comfortable stay in a vibrant area with a welcoming host.

zentrale Lage und dennoch nachts ruhig, sehr kommunikativer Gastgeber, Stadtzentrum von Lissabon mit der Fähre jederzeit schnell zu erreichen

La ubicación es perfecta! A 3 minutos de la estación marítima de donde salen ferrys cada 20-30 minutos para el centro de Lisboa y sin necesidad de mover el coche (hay un parking al lado por 6€/dia). Estaba limpio y bien equipado. La cama es cómoda y, en general, cumple perfectamente su función. Además Daniel es súper atento y agradable!

El edificio es viejito y quizá necesitaría alguna mejoría. La ducha se atasca, no hay mampara y es un poco incómodo. También se nota el desgaste general en las instalaciones y podría ser un piso muy top con 4 arreglos. El primer día intentamos poner la calefacción y no fuimos capaces, pero tampoco quisimos molestar a Daniel a esas horas y nos quedamos así (desconozco si funciona). Tiene pocos enchufes, debería tener un ladrón en la zona cafetera-tostadora-microondas. A partir de las 8 suenan las campanas de la Iglesia, si no te gusta madrugar no es tu sitio jajaja. La puerta hace ruido a veces, se golpea con el viento, como si estuviera floja (son detalles sin mucha importancia, pero puede ayudarles a mejorar :) No está mal de precio, pero tampoco lo consideramos un 9 relación calidad-precio. Un 7 suficiente.

O apartamento é localizado em um local muito tranquilo, com bons restaurantes na mesma rua. Existe um supermercado muito próximo, além de estar localizado há poucos metros do terminal fluvial, que em 7 minutos atravessa a Rio Tejo e você já está em Lisboa. A cama é muito confortável. Daniel é muito gentil, recebeu nossas malas enquanto fomos ao Cristo Rei e ainda nos convidou para tomar um chopinho. Amei tudo e com certeza indico e voltaremos!!
