Vista Lisboa Guest Apartments

This is a great location . Close to the ferry so you are fast in the centre. Appartement was great and the restaurant that Daniel owns as well was explicit . Great great food , we ended up eating there every night . Their hospitality was fantastic. We will definitely go back there.

Spot on location, close to train/ferry, restaurants. Fully satisfied with a short stay.

Perfect location and support if something needed from the landlord.

Only the mattress I could say that it would be better if changed, because it’s probably used and has now turned into a V-shaped mattress (if you get what I mean) and just be sure to ask if there is to be or not a clean visit along your stay.

Location was good, right next to the public transport with lots of restaurants and bars around. Apartment has everything needed for a short stay.

Communication was great. Unfortunately our flight was delayed which meant I needed to contact Pam, who was on a break in England, nothing was too much trouble and she arranged for her partner Daniel to meet us at the property. We were further delayed by two car accidents but fortunately Daniel waited to greet us and even gave us a welcome drink. He showed us where everything was and was really welcoming. We loved the location, really vibrant area, lots of places to eat and so close to the ferry. Although a lively area, so peaceful after closure, no traffic and such a comfortable bed. We had four nights at Vista Lisboa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You must visit Christa Rea whilst there, such beautiful views over Lisbon.

The Staff are friendly

I had a very poor experience during my stay at this accommodation. Here are the key issues I faced: • Cleanliness: Both the general facility and the bathroom were completely unclean. Despite the bathroom being defective, the room was still rented at the same price without prior notice. • Location: The location is near a church, which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings due to the loud church bells. • Facilities: There is no elevator in the building, making it incredibly difficult to carry luggage (Koffer) up the stairs. •. Kitchen: The only positive aspect was the kitchen, which was in decent condition. Overall, I was quite disappointed and do not feel that the stay was worth the price. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, super location, modern apartment.

The floor needs better cleaning, the kitchen requires more / better quality equipment (missing cutleries, not enough plates, dirty sponge, no water heater & toaster, ruined pan not suitable for an omelette), the bathroom needs soap and the shower door requires fixing (the water ran out each time while used).
