The only good thing is the polite staff and the location next to the palace. That’s where the positives end.

We didn’t get the room we originally booked. Okay things happen. But overall the quality of hotel is extremely bad. The bed linen and towels had stains — apparently that’s the idea of “vintage style.” The shower hose was in terrible condition — also “vintage.” The toilet brush is broken and looked like it belongs to a horror museum. Everything is old, shabby, clearly neglected, and the cleaning is awful. The smell is bad. For €80 a night this is just a disgrace. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Muito perto do Palácio Nacional de Mafra. Fácil estacionar.

Ouve-se barulho da rua. Pouco isolamento de som.

La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia.

Instalaciones muy viejas y deslucidas. Muy anticuado. Aunque se ve que lo actualizaron en su día necesitaría una nueva remodelación integral. Muy descuidado. Tardaron en contestarnos cuando llegamos, lo cual nos preocupó bastante ( llamamos por teléfono dos veces más), aunque la persona que nos hizo el check - in fue muy amable.
