The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fantastic, always kept clean, and we absolutely loved the view from the 13th floor. Staying at Hotel Monterey was a highlight of our time in Japan, and a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back—100%.
